The Mission of Riverside Christian Assembly
We are an independent evangelical church with over 100 years of history in helping the people of North Aberdeen find the life-changing truth of the bible through the Lord Jesus Christ. We are a ‘back to the bible’ church with a strong emphasis on systematic bible teaching and following the simple, elder-led church pattern laid down in the New Testament. Our aim is not to reflect the values and views of the society around us in but to call men and women to the always counter-cultural salvation message of the Lord Jesus Christ. Due to growth in numbers, we moved buildings in 2021 into the Spires Business Units off Muggiemoss Road. Our mission now involves reaching the local communities around our new building.
Each quarter we publish the Riverside Quarterly Magazine. Be sure to sign up to receive the magazine and stay updated on our activities at the church and in the community. We are an independent evangelical church, sharing the significance and the message of the Bible. Need a free bible? Get Info About Our Kid’s Ministry
At present, we have around 40 children who regularly attend our kid’s ministry, Kids Club. Primary 1-7 are welcome on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm at the church. Toddlers are welcome Monday and Thursdays at 10 am at the church.
